The Story of Mångata

Did you ever have a chance to swim in the ocean with my sister at night? 

Beatriz drew strength from the water, and she was never afraid.  Within these memories of my sister, I find a perfect balance of three incredible feminine elements: the night, the moon, and the ocean.

Mångata is my attempt to capture the elusive beauty of the moonlight reflecting over the ocean’s surface. This ring takes my breath away by letting me see the moonlight as a path on life’s rippling waters. 

I hope this ring focuses your strengths and let’s you see your moonlit path on life’s ever changing waters. 

My Favorite Parts of this Ring

I love this ring because it creates balance through contrast.  The rich black surface of this Sea Urchin is split convincingly by a star of bright white stones. 

This is my first ring finished with black rhodium, and I would love to hear what you think of it.

Have you seen the beautiful stones on the back of this ring?  They are exquisite, but not visible to all.  Who are they for if no one can see them? 

They are for you, not them.

This ring is for you, and just like you, this ring does not need to reveal itself to others for you to know what you have inside.
